To add to mix, there is no more F on MH.
Why is JL and NRT even in the equation?

Back to OP's question - I'd take MH J Suite over BA F.
But I'd also suggest considering F on QR, JL or CX instead - the hard and soft product on these airlines will be much better, and the connections will be supported by excellent (possibly even best in the world?) F lounges.

Agree on your hard/soft product suggestions but for F lounges, QR and CX may be in top 6 or 7, but no way is any JL lounge even in the running. If you are talking best in the world F lounge, it's hard to top the Air France La Première Lounge at CDG.

I'm looking forward to flying SYD-KUL-NRT in Business Suites (A350 and A380) in a couple of weeks. Award seats were plentiful at the time I booked which was before the change from F to BS.
