Luxury Bargains In NYC For Christmas?

I am going to be in NYC just after Christmas and between the 10th & 14th Jan and wondered if anyone had seen any bargains. I had got in to the Pierre for $350 but can't see anything as good as that at the moment.

Any ideas appreciated.

Pierre is always comparatively low.

I'm presuming you've checked the other FHR props?

City Club Hotel is showing $295.

The Iroquois (SLH) is showing $299/$329 as the normal rate.

I'm going to call PTS now and see if they can book SLH contract code..

I would personally probably go with Pierre if they can't, for FHR benefits. Both props I just mentioned are good, but no upgrade/late checkout/etc..

Well, they don't have the code. I'm going to have to make another thread on this, or maybe PM some people.. Hopefully if I get the code used in othe countries, the US PTS can plug it in..

Where can I check the FHR rates without contacting the PTS as here in the UK you have to wait for ages for them to even answer the phone?

Ouch that's terrible. Well, Pierre is always lowest anyway I think, other than maybe W TS.

But good news, you can check Iroquis via PTS.

So I would call PTS and check W Times Square and Iroquis. City Club might be a little lower but no benefits.

Well, just looked at W online and called PTS, they only have rack rates online..

Pierre at $350 is still probably better though.

Iroquis should be under $300 with AMEX rate, plus early/late checkin, breakfast, and upgrade.
