My parents have an upcoming stay at The Strand, I am now worried about their enjoyment

Change to Rosewood if they want/need new hardware. The problem with Rosewood is a lot of their facilities aren't open like the pool and spa.

Also, I don't know how old they are but the Strand has these 2 stairs leading from the entryway and closet to the living area. Seniors with mobility issues would hate the up and down to the closet.
