Know that AmanSS has been at 100 % this summer but hearing “ nothing “ is really unusual .
Assume you have contacted Tapa T ? Perhaps cc email Sven VDB too if reaching out again .
Pity you had a lousy experience .

Seriously, what kind of low end people and place are we dealing with here that takes this long to respond to a guest? People on here use this GM's first name like I would a friend, what kind of friend or person do we deal with on a first name basis would allow such disgraceful treatment of their guest. Slovenly.

While I cant say that our stay improved much, its hard to deny the majesty of the locale and the resort itself:

Here's one last one that sums up our stay quite well (Stunning place, Horrible Service):

They certainly are. The GM I recently had cause to contact replied to me even when on vacation within 12 hours. The length of time the OP has waited for a resolution is not acceptable.

I mean this is supposed to be the pinnacle which makes it even more troubling. I will say again, I think this team is pathological, the wife sounded like she has personality problems.

This guy should be thrown overboard immediately! I never saw a member of staff smoking on duty and it´s absolutely unacceptable. I hate Smoking and don´t pay people to smoke in front of me during my vacation. Also his pose is not appropriate.

It does not exactly scream professionalism or inspire a healthful excursion activity aboard the resort’s boat.

Shocked... can’t believe this is happening at a luxury hotel, let alone an AMAN...

How the mighty have fallen in Montenegro. Wasn’t AmanSS also a 6 tick Gallivanter’s Hotel at some point? Not sure but I think so... well surely these days it’s a very different story.

I know for a fact that AMAN monitor this forum frequently, so I am a bit surprised nothing happened so far. This is bad.
