Le Blanc vs. Grand Velas RM

Thought I would throw this out there. There doesn't seem to be many threads that are recent, at all on these properties. I think we have it down to these 2 choices, but would welcome other ones as well. 2 adult couples for 4 nights with ~$750 a night budget. All inclusive is a must. We liked Riviera Maya bc of the beaches, but if our budget was a little bigger Esperanza in Cabo would have been our first choice. (obviously not all inclusive per my requirement).

Thank you!

Don't stay in the jungle view "Zen" section at Grand Velas.... I don't know anything about Le Blanc.

Thanks for the advice.

I guess I would add Secrets Maroma to the list as it's also a Five Diamond?

When are you traveling? Viceroy can be less than $750 / night AI and is adults only. Not been to Grand Velas or LeBlanc, but it would be far superior to any Secrets. I've been to Maroma and there's no comparison.

Hands down, Grand Velas. Ambassador Grand Class is the adults only area, though you'll need to increase your budget. The food is extraordinary, beautiful accommodations, good service. I'm not a fan of the Zen suites - too far from the beach, but they'll be closer to your budget. A better fit for your budget is Club suites at Secrets Akumal.

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay at Rosewood Mayakoba last summer. I would heartily endorse it.
