My friends are are going to to Carribean for Thanksgiving and have a $7500-10000 a night budget. Where should they stay?

How many people/beds? What kind of arrangement (villa, suites, beachfront, etc) would they want? What do they like to do? Secluded island or mega resort? There are so many variables that your question is unanswerable.

With that budget per night they could go almost any place other then Necker Island or Musha Cay. Now that I have checked they can't even do Amanyara 5 Bedroom Villa. The Peninsula House in Las Terrenas is where they should stay, 6 suites so they can take the entire property.

Not exactly what I call hitting the lotto

A villa at the Viceroy on Anguilla, perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, an accomodation like I've had nowhere on this earth!

That's all well and good, but it matters a great deal as to whether it's 10 individuals each requiring their own bedroom or 5 couples or what. If it's ten friends--who at this level of luxury travel presumably aren't up for splitting bedrooms--then your budget isn't going to buy all that much. A 10-bedroom villa, as far as I know, doesn't really exist, and a 5-bedroom could run $10,000 in the high season anywhere. An option may be taking a whole wing of a hotel, maybe one large suite to gather in and eight auxiliary rooms at ~$750 each for sleeping.

I wasn't trying to act snobby and I was just taking a suggestion from somebody to tell what they are used to. This is one family people can share rooms. Their are college students, grandchildren all in the mix.

During Thanksgiving availability may be tight because many villas will have been reserved in advanced or will be occupied by their owners during that time.
If there are available villas within budget my first choice would be Mustique.
Four Seasons Nevis has several large villas which can accommodate up to 11 people.
