Arrived remote/bus stand (MAD-FRA) yesterday, connecting to FRA-IAD in F. First time for me that I've had a Porsche transfer FROM a flight (only FCT TO flight a couple of dozen times). Worked great. Perhaps 15 mins from plane to FCT; driver dropped off near baggage/exit and short walk to FCT.

Before the clean arrivals concept was hashed out (probably to get on the good side of TSA/DHS) moving between NS & S in B and A was easy peasy. Every border checkpoint had two sides...

Clean arrival into B, reverse immigration point in B & use the tunnel to A

The sign in the picture above is located close to gate B23 in the non-Schengen B departure area. Note how all terminals, the Schengen B-gates, bag reclaim, and exit (and although not shown on this sign, some lounges, restaurants, and services as well) are in the same direction: up the stairs/escalator. That's because the departure level has no entry immigration ("reverse immigration"); there is only an exit border control. The B-concourse entry immigration facility is situated in the non-clean area of the upper level, as the number of clean non-Schengen arriving passengers in B with the intention to immigrate is way too low to warrant a clean entry immigration facility (unlike Z, which does have the passenger volume to justify).
So to immigrate from non-Schengen B departures, you'd follow this sign which takes you up one level, and go through the doors to exit the secure area, meaning you give up on your clean status and end up in the same area as passengers coming from non-clean B arrivals, go through Schengen entry immigration (or walk to the SkyLine, see next paragraph), go back down one level, go through transfer security at the right after which you end up in the Schengen B departure area where you'll be able to access the tunnel going to A.
As not everyone is eligible to enter Schengen, there is also the secondary option of walking to the non-Schengen SkyLine after exiting the secure area. The SkyLine provides non-immigrant access to Z, C, D, and E, obviously with security rescreening. Depending on circumstances, this could be a faster option to transfer from non-Schengen B to Z (and from there to A).

* Select non-EU origins that apply the EU security screening standards: UK (not including the channel islands and the Isle of Man), Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland.
Furthermore, the EU has made bilateral agreements extending clean status to select non-EU origins that do not apply the EU standards but do demonstrate equivalent levels of security screening: United States, Canada, Singapore, Serbia, Montenegro, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, as well as two specific airports: FAE and SFJ.

SIN is also clean if you're arriving on the SQ SIN-FRA-JFK flight and connecting onward to JFK (then you just exit into the B NS gate area and reboard for the second leg, so technically if you were connecting onward to say LHR on LH you could probably bypass security that way as well)

Correct, apparently the list I took from the EU website was not that up-to-date. SIN seems to be a recent addition, added in 2018. Serbia seems to have been added recently as well.
Talks are ongoing with Israel and Japan.

Hmm, so I'm wondering if I came off SQ's JFK-FRA, which is effectively a non-clean B arrival (notwithstanding the US origin), then I would go through entry immigration, and you're saying there is a security screening right after passport control that could get me to Schengen B and the tunnel from (I think B19) for a shortcut to an A-gate Schengen departure (~A25 in my case)? That would seem to be quite a bit faster than the trek all the way out practically to baggage claim and then in through A security screening. Perhaps I would have had time for a bite in the lounge before my connection if I knew that...
I believe SQ arrivals from JFK are treated as ‘clean’ and can board the same aircraft again (obviously from the same B gate) without re-clearing security if continuing to SIN. I think those eligible can visit a lounge. But I’m not sure how those with connecting flights from other concourses are treated.

Yes. After entry immigration, the only option is to go down one level to the departures level, and right as you come off the escalator, there is a choice of either going left towards exit/bag claim or right where there is a security checkpoint just for transfer passengers which ends up in Schengen B. It seems easy to miss, however, as the general flow of people goes left, many "follow the flow" only to end up in the public area unintentionally.
It may or may not (or not always) be open, however, as staff shortages continue.

Hello everyone.
I have flights in December and the routing is MAN-FRA-MUC-CPT. I understand that if I was connecting through just one of the German airports that I will be connecting non-Schengen to non-Schengen and hopefully straightforward. As I have two connections in Germany does this change and do I need to do anything else such as visas etc? I’m only asking as I previously missed a flight due to a visa cock up and it cost me a lot of money to rectify so want to be sure! UK passport holder.
Thanks
