Mileage requests - how long?
I flew LGW-BRU-ROB return with SN on 22 and 29 April 2009. Despite my M&M number being on my booking, no miles have been credited to my account for these flights.

I have since sent off a mileage request form with boarding passes and was wondering how long this is likely to take to process.

From past experience: anything between 10 days to 4 weeks
