LH F - is this normal for service?

Flew LH in F last night HKG-MUC. Was impressed on the whole, but just wanted to check a couple of things...

1) No wine list was offered with dinner and the crew weren't exactly trying to foist wine on people, so the 7-8 bottles sat pretty much untouched on the shelf at the front. There was one glass taken from a white and the FA encouraged me to try the dessert wine (I was the only taker there).

2) The breads with breakfast were horrific. I assume this was something to do with the local baker they use in HKG rather than the normal standard.

1) Not normal. There should been a wine list apart from the food menu.

2) I have the same problem with PEK.

1) Not normal, there is always an extensive wine list

2) The bread selection ex USA is worse in quality and variety!

1) Not normal

2) unfortunately normal. HKG, BKK, LAX - all is bad (made it into a habit not to eat on the plane to FRA or MUC and go to a FCL for a quick breakfast. Much better.

I always chose the toasted garlic baguette which seems to be of consisting quality, had it ex all airports mentioned in this thread but HKK.
Or perhaps it is just because I lack of taste

I've never been offered garlic bread on LH flights in Y or C. Is it exclusive to F?

I was on the same flight probably a day later (in C) and the load in F appeared to very low.

That would be very considered! Given that they have enough vents in F to suck out the stench .

That's why you get more space in F, so they can serve garlic bread!

I looked at a photo of the C meal on HKG-MUC at the weekend and remembered the selection of bread for the evening meal wasn't too bad.

Perhaps my expectation is not as high as the OP's.

I though the bread on my ex-SIN C trip earlier was fine, OK, it wasn't echt Deutsche Brot, but it wasn't bad.
