Thank you! We are taxiing so I will check for it in flight. I can't reach it with my seatbelt on.
We don't have many people sitting here upstairs so perhaps I can snag the one from the empty seat as well.

UPDATE: Just got the grey Bree kit and the dark green kit from the empty seat next to me. These are okay, but not as nice as the new United Polaris kits! Thanks again!

I was just about to reply - but too late!

Oliver is always too fast!

Yes, but the pen in Polaris (LH doesn't provide one) has now become a stub of a writing instrument - about 7 cms long!

Thanks SuperFlyBoy and Oliver for helping out this United flyer!
Yes, got that tiny pen on the way to Germany. How much more expensive/heavier would a full size pen be?

Got this on a recent FRA-BOS flight. The orange one is the men's version. The FA mistakenly gave out the teal ones to the three men in F (the only pax), and after I opened it and and saw the tag, I asked for the men's and was thus allowed to keep both. Seems like a nice enough bag. Men's kit contains socks, eye shade, shoehorn, comb/brush, shoe shine, tooth brush/paste, face and hand cream and lip balm.

Got a forest green BB one on MUC-LAX yesterday. Only other F pax who was a woman and got the orange sherbet color.

I think the shoe polish is a bit silly, I'd rather have some other kind of cosmetic.

EWR to FRA - I received the ladies teal Braun Buffel kit in will2288's photo. I quite like it! Even though it is not Rimowa, this case seems sturdy and useful and I can see myself using it again. It has a leather handle and a Lufthansa First Class leather patch inside. Super glad it's not those Jil Sander bags!

I should also mention that on my connecting flight from FRA to AMS, with Lufthansa's subsidiary airline Air Dolomiti, I also received an amenity kit in business class, even for a short intra-Europe flight. It was a slim stylish mint green pouch, with good quality cocoa butter lip balm and body lotion from Yves Rocher. Unexpected but much appreciated!

There are two colors for women and two for men. Sometimes they ask you which one you want, sometimes you have to ask them if you do not like the color you got.

women: orange and mint
men: orange and forest green

yeah, we got all 4 a few days ago
Our crew was exceptional, it's really hard to beat consistency
of Lufthansa F class. Both flights we took in last 2 weeks were outstanding
and the Frankfurt connections thanks to F terminal are the best there is ^

I agree, for the most part, with the consistency, but do prefer MUC and ZRH as connection airports, including the lounges there!

September

Hi guys.

It's September, and I'm wondering if anyone can report what amenity kit first class passengers get.
Flying next week, and would love to get my hands on the rimowa, instead of the ugly pouch from jil sanders that I got last time.

Hoping for some feedback from a lucky flyer.

It's still Braun Buffel, so no longer Jil Sanders, but also not Rimowa yet (winter).
