WTH - Your booking is not eligible for upgrade (119405)
I just booked a FRA-MUC-SFO-FRA (ZSPEC) for next year. Lh.com shows O availability on both TATL legs (hence the tweak via MUC). When attempting to u/g online I get a nasty Your booking is not eligible for upgrade (119405) message. What's going on here? 12 hours in the dentist's chair are not that fun. According to the fare rules ZSPEC is u/g-able.

relax, no enhancement yet. i often get that msg too, either no availability or just a software problem. calling the SEN line should resolve that problem...

tix not issued
Very simple, the ticket is not yet issued. It will take some time (ca. 24 h). I was too spoiled by UA (that can actually happen 
). However since I bought the tix via LH USA the hotline was not able to force-issue it. And I hope "my" O seat will survive...

I called the FTL hotline repeatedly. Eventually, a supervisor issued the tix, processed the u/g et voila - Tokay in 2K (It will be the last time, at least for some years...
)
