Same here, no miles posted...but I finally got the card last week, so still not that much delayed.
Wonder if I get miles at all...the assigned me the same account-number as I previously had on my Sixt Express Card...
Greetings - Dirk

I got the card some weeks ago and stayed mid August at the München and Berlin Hilton on two following days - upon checkout I showed my Sixt Plat card and received with the normal points a few days later also 250 points for Sixt. I noted today on my Hilton e-statement, that I had two lines reading 1 st Sixt rental 2500 points and then again 250 points (twice) which i believe - when adding up would equate the promised 3000 points - 250 + 2500 + 250.
Cheers

that is correct - I asked at both Sixt and at the Hotel - Hilton - as I was surprised to see that HH points were offered. I thought it was that you could either get miles or points for the rental but was told:
At the sixt counter renting the car - giving them my LH / Sixt Plat And HH Card - I will receive LH Miles - 1000.
At the Hotel - giving them my LH / Sixt Plat And HH Card - I will receive
HH Points - Point / $ + status points + double dip airline points - 500 points and from sixt 250 points.
LH - Miles - double dip - 500 miles
For the first combo with all cards at Hilton you will get an additional 2500 + 250 points for Sixt.
If you are lucky - you get it twice Don't ask how I know this ....
Hope not to have confused you
Cheers
