Luggage tags

I have had my red Senator luggage tags for about four years now and they are falling apart. Does Lufthansa ever send new ones automatically? If not, is it possible to request new ones?

just call the SEN number. They'll happily send you two new ones (prob. also more if you request it). I just had them send me new ones a couple weeks ago.

Makes me want to ask myself if the old ones were really looking that worn!

Must admit I would never have believed this had I not seen it with my own eyes ! What a joke !

The funniest part is the actual descriptions written by the sellers, i.e. "will get you through security faster" and "you will receive better service aboard the plane " or "You will receive extra magazines as a VIP"

How sad...

The people there are really crazy. I once asked in the SEN lounge why they check the cards so thoroughly and I was told that some people try to enter the lounge with their VISA Gold card... Imagine the "ebay-Senators" entering the lounge pointing at their tags and asking for admittance.

I canīt understand why someone is willing to pay 25 - 30 EUR for a 1.000 miles voucher. What can he do with it ???

Even better are auctions for LH Business Class blankets and, yes, earplugs and sleeping masks!

crazy items for crazy buyers. I look around on eBay once in a while and am stunned so often. How about blue TG Royal Executive luggage tags or the common *Priority tag. just useless junk paper. and F or C class menus...

Finally I know how the luggage tags are called:

"Lufthansa Senator VIP First Class Badge"

But one thing that bothers me a bit is a guy who sells a LH Lifejacket. Where did he get it from? I hope its not the seat I'm sitting on, during my next flight.

I found another very good one:

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...&category=8459

Somewhere he says "flying First Class is a nice but very expensive thing". I totally agree, but have a look at the scan of his boarding pass. "R4" stands for private ID travel. If I wanted to impress other I people I would have deleted this "R4" comment...

Sorry to say, but I canīt stand LH-staff - since I had the "honour" (Iīd better say bad luck) to be a guest on their LH-base in FRA for one week in 2002 while working for an other company there.

Never met more selfish, arrogant, pathetic, and stupid people than anyhwere else on this planet.
