As for the various SEN lines, the guys in Kassel remain pretty helpful (same for the official German Miles&More center), so I suggest you call them and don't waste your time with futile calls to overeas CCs in South Africa, Australia etc., followed by just as futile rants in this forum. You have better things to do. Remember: You get what you call for!
No experience with UA MP and no intention to either .

Fair comments. Though I am a fairly new M&M member (just over a year) - and remember reading posts about avoiding the Sth Africa Call Center. But how do I call Kassell from US? And what's the official M&M center and how do I call them? I called the US 1800 number and it said if I was a SEN i should call another 866 number - voila I'm talking to a springbok who's not interested in doing anything for me.

A quick look at lufthansa.com (Germany) reveals:

Miles & More Service Team: Germany
City Verl
Zip 33409
Address / P.O. Box Postfach 12 00
Phone +49 - 18 05 - 59 59
(12 Ct/Min. aus dem dt. Festnetz)
Fax +49 - 52 41 - 80 60 200
Opening hours
Monday 07:00 - 22:00
Tuesday 07:00 - 22:00
Wednesday 07:00 - 22:00
Thursday 07:00 - 22:00
Friday 07:00 - 22:00
Saturday 07:00 - 22:00

According to several reports, faxing documents usually leads to results.

The German SEN line is, as always, +49 1803 993366, and can be used for reservations, award bookings and check-in.

As posted by bau and others, if you don't want to (or even can't) call German 0180 numbers, have a look at alternatives at http://www.tk-anbieter.de/0180/suche.html and searching for "lufthansa".

http://www.lufthansa.com/online/port...ChannelIndex=2 offers a plethora of LH contacts all over the world.

By the way, LH has a dedicated M&M service team in the USA. Certainly better than calling the U.S. SEN line which is often forwarded to Capetown.

Miles & More Service Team: USA
City Santa Clarita
Zip CA 91380
Address / P.O. Box P.O.Box 946
Phone +1-800-581-6400
Fax +1-661-244-4950
Opening hours
Monday 08:00 - 20:00
Tuesday 08:00 - 20:00
Wednesday 08:00 - 20:00
Thursday 08:00 - 20:00
Friday 08:00 - 20:00

Finally, please remember that there is no guarantee that calls to the German SEN line end up in KS, even when you are calling during German business hours. So if you really need KS, always ask where you ended up. It might as well be Berlin, Istanbul, Capetown etc.

I am still waiting for a missing flight on my account from September 1.

I have sent in the documents via mail directly from the SEN lounge in Fra on Sept.9.

On Sept 30 it was still not posted. So I tried the online form. Email-reply said "it may take 7 days".

Not it allready took 20 days, and still nothing posted.

Whats that? Normally something like this shouldn't happen....

So what could I do?
