- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
Checked different possibilities myself with the ANA tool and different phone calls. Well prepared it was a smooth booking finally. Depending a little bit on the agent I was very satisfied. After ticketing one leg turned out to be with SQs new biz on 77W. And now there is even one leg on the A380, which is really great.

Having done the trip I would like to say thank you to you, the flyertalkers! All your hints have been very helpful to achieve this award. It was a wonderful trip including the first A380 in service.

No, only one return date possible in Feb.

No, it takes about 1,5h by phone (not the same award availability checked online with m&m tool and in M&M call center).
Booking online was impossible because of necessary night between legs POZ-FRA-ZRH and ZRH-DAR.

FRA-MIA-FRA in F

3 pax (2 x 140K + 1 x 70K)

yes

I already had a backup booking in C for same dates. Just in case, the F cabin would not open up. So I called and got the outbound confirmed immediately. Return was on Waitlist, but they called me only a good hour later and confirmed return as well. Overall a smooth booking experience. The only downside was the rebooking fee of 3 x 40 EUR, but that's fair to get the F seats.

Yeah. Even I can't get this long in advance. So I used my C award booking guarantee as fallback and gave it a try a couple days before departure. It worked. ^
