Not according to Plaza Premium it exists, or DEL airport website, or lounge aggregators... I suppose it's the not renamed entry for a lounge that now operates in the same space (the Encalm, non-Prive one, which takes the usual paid access guests)

The airport operator systematically got rid of all lounge operators in DEL except for AI. Similar to BOM, all elite/C/F pax are sent to the airport operated lounge called 'Encalm prive' which is top notch. Finally DEL T3 gets a decent international lounge
The credit card crowd gets sent to the regular encalm lounge which is OK, but gets rather crowded.
