M&M Award Flights - Can I see my Turkish flights on Turkish platform?
I've just booked some Award flights.
A couple of legs are on Turkish Airlines.
I seem to have a PNR and ticket number that the Turkish website doesn't recognise (ie. LH ones).
Is there any way round this so I can look to pay for seat allocations etc?

Otherwise reach M&M and ask them to pull the TK data for those flights

You need the TK PNR in order to look up the reservation on the TK website or app. You can't use the LH/M/M PNR No. for anything with TK. TK PNR is different from the LH/Amadeus PNR.

Yes, M/M should be able to look it up in your award reservation; whether they will do it, is a different thing.

Why not just wait and select seats during OLCI? You want to pay for seat allocation?/why?

Turkish uses Sabre, not Amadeus. If you call Turkish they can look up your booking and tell you the PNR code for their system. M&M can also do that, but for some reason their phone lines will be rather busy this week

Noted (your initial post had no info that this was TK longhaul flights). Anyway, even for longhaul flights it is not the end of the world to select seats during OLCI. To pay for ASR is IMO a waste of money, but up to you.

Thanks for sharing your opinion on my spending habits, however unappreciated.

You could call LH and ask for the TK PNR reference and then use that on TK's mobile app to assign seats. It won't work on the TK website (at least it didn't in the past). YMMV.

This is proving to be a frustration.
Turkish Airlines refused to give me my PNR, though LH M&M did.
However, while the Turkish Airlines website seems to recognise the PNR as correct, it won't show me any information related to it. I'm told to go back to the ticket issuer.
Round and round in circles.

Your last option is the TK app. Sabre doesn't like bookings made on other GDS in general, I have had issues displaying my reservations booked via the corporate TA.
