Which route can I fly the 744 and 748?
Does LH fly the 748 and 744 on specific routes on a regular basis?
I'm a SEA-based Delta flyer and I booked a KE flight from SFO-ICN for Dec/ Jan specifically because it is on the 748. Found out today that the flight has been split into twice daily 77Ws! Bummer, now I am stuck with the SEA-SFO detour! At least I got the business tickets relatively cheap!
Anyway, my goal is to fly the 748 in the upper deck, and the 744 nose section. I heard that LH schedules the 744 on domestic rotations? Where does LH fly the 748 from the USA?
I am planning for a trip probably in Spring or early Summer. I know it is a long time away, but I just wanted to get an idea which routes to watch.
Thanks for any info!

LH do not use the 744 or 748 on scheduled routes within EU, only in exceptional circumstances.
Currently 748 is on SFO, LAX, IAD, ORD routes to FRA, & only to FRA not MUC.

Any plane assignments after late March 2024 are subject to change still over the next many months, though LAX and SFO do seem to generally keep the 748 year round.

The Lufthansa 'North Winter' season schedule is probably near final at this point (though changes are still possible). There are definitely some seasonal changes (summer vs winter) to where LH deploys the 744/748, though some routes tend to keep them year-round (not a given, of course)

Will LH be retiring the 744s in 2024?

It looks like for the upcoming summer schedule the number of 744 destinations have shrunk to just IAH, BLR and DEL? Are they retiring the 744s soon???
