How long for Air Malta to credit?

Flights flown in Jan didn’t credit automatically, so I submitted a claim. It’s been two weeks already.

I don’t need the points urgently but I wonder what expectations I should have in terms of timelines.

It should not take that long following a claim online, try again ? LH / M&M IT isn't the best

Just FYI, Air Malta flights never automatically credit (even if your M&M numbers is in the booking and on the boarding pass). They always must be claimed retroactively.

Should I give Miles & More a call, give that 16 days have elapsed already?

Just use the retrocredit form and send them a message attaching the boarding pass:

Do you know if your booking class actually earn any miles? If so, you will not be getting any previous messages regarding this, M&M never says "your flights are not elegible for mileage credit..." Was your ticket issued as pure Air Malta flight or was it code share?
Mine were credited automatically after 10 days, but was SN codeshare BRU-MLA, operated by Air Malta.

It wasn’t a code share. I’ve tried to get hold of the booking class, my my ticket receipt doesn’t show it.

In the past M&M came back with a message when they assessed a claim as not eligible.

The outbound credited overnight. I submitted the claim on 3rd Feb.

I received 2,000 miles and the fare class was C.
