Any word on winter 2022 schedules? I am a bit reluctant to book right now because BOS-MUC is showing an A350 . Have some late October trips that I would route via MUC to upgrade to F and then also a December SIN trip that I'd like to plan ... BOS-MUC-FRA-SIN ... but how to know whether BOS-MUC and FRA-SIN will have F?

That's odd, as the initial plans included MUC-EWR and the schedule as of a few weeks ago still showed it resuming on July 11. I wonder if the fifth frame (which would be needed to operate MUC-EWR) encountered some issues as it was being prepped for reentry to service, or if another route is in the cards instead?

Checked a date in late November and it's a 350. It appears LH will be using the 350 during IATA winter season so the last 346 for LAX-MUC this year looks like 10/28. Hope I'm wrong and I can fly it christmas eve

There are presently no 346s in the winter schedule. They haven't gotten around to updating it, unless their plan is to park the 346s over the winter--which I find unlikely given all the effort and cost they incurred bringing them back to service.

Yeah, agreed. Just don't want to get stuck on a 359 . Will wait to book my 10/30 return till I see the winter schedule.

Demand for int'l travel is picking up at a fast pace than what airlines have anticipated.
