Turkish LH Upgrade with M&M

Turkish LH Upgrade with M&M
M&M website advertises point upgrades on Turkish flights. I have an upcoming flight BOS-IST in economy A and I tried calling M&M service center earlier to no luck. They couldn't access the reservation and advised that I call Turkish. Wait times for customer service for TK are wild right now and since they book Miles&Smiles it seems a bit odd. Anyone have luck with such an upgrade through Turkish?

HUCA… you need to call M&M if you want to upgrade with LH miles.

You can only upgrade on TK if you’re booked in B or Y.
