First Basic vs. First Basic Plus fares

Does anyone understand why some First Basic Plus (refundable) fares are substantially less than First Basic (non-refundable) fares? E.g. for LH457 LAX to FLR on 6Feb22 the Plus fare is $4,221.20 and the non-Plus fare is $7,930.20, a difference of over $3K. Is this a typo?
