F to J connection in FRA?

F to J connection in FRA?
Have a 1:15 minutes F to J connection in FRA coming from ORD. While 1:15 is more than doable in FRA, the lines for immigration in/out of Schengen were about 30 minutes long last time I transited in June 2021 potentially due to covid. If I'm arriving in F, will LH send me an agent/escort to the plane to help with transit/connection?
PS: Since Polaris lounges are currently closed, anybody know which lounge is being used in ORD? Thank you!

I'm sure this is getting merged with the FRA connection thread, but as far as lounges go, the only other T1 lounges at ORD are United Clubs. The B18 club is closest to the gates LH usually uses, last I checked.
