Depends on when next week and where you're coming from. Before May 19, the country is locked down and you can't get out of the airport without a quarantine - you also must submit a form for pre-clearance. After May 19, vaccinated passengers coming from certain EU states (and a few others) can get out without quarantine. Details are here:
