On Sunday 09/Dec I try to book award flight (2 pax) BRU - MAD - BRU 26/12 (Business) till 28/12 (Economy) both flight where in hold. The booking done 16 days in advance!
For the last 2 days SN not confirming this booking the replay to the M&M mails as not confirm!

Hon Rule say:

How come that SN ignore the M&M rules?
What can I do to get the seats? (I already connect M&M line 3 times, contact my personal contact in LH they all send mails as no contact number and same replay not confirm)

Any news here - did you finally get what you asked for?
Just for the benefit of the others. Not surprised that SN needs a bit longer to confirm, but presume it should work given the rules are clear.

!/2 the way, the return MAD - BRU confirmed the outbound still waitlist but looks that now flight is fully booked (not was the position on 09-Dec) so I booked LH via FRA
