FRA T1 B pier and lounges

Is there a pattern which intra-Schengen LH flights are departing from A gates and B gates? I see some destinations operated from both, some from A only, some seems to be B only - is there some rule?
And another one - why there is no lounge at Schengen B gates? It is quite awkward when you have 1,5-2 hrs to spare and have to go A pier first then to rush to B pier...

I remember reading some time ago that LH would use A gates for most of its Schengen departures leaving B gates for other *A carriers though in reality many LH flights still use B gates. I think the flights which depart from B tend to be for “secondary” destinations.

The lack of lounges in B Schengen gate areas is unfortunate but you can walk from the Business and SEN lounges in A to these gates via the tunnel in under 10 minutes which is not any longer than walking to A40 or A69!
