Lounge access with domestic UA first class BP?

Lounge access with domestic UA first class BP?
I have no status, and will be flying UA out of IAD on a domestic first class ticket. I was wondering if notwithstanding the fact that UA won't give access to their own club for such a domestic F ticket, it would get me into the LH lounge at IAD? The lounge access page at https://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/Lounge-types-and-access says that the business lounge requires " Business Class boarding pass for same-day Lufthansa / Star Alliance departing flight" or "First Class Star Alliance boarding pass for a same-day departing flight" with no mention of it being an international flight but is that just an oversight? Thanks.
