Finally booked a 1st class flight!

After years of dreaming about it, I've finally booked a first class flight. I'm going from BRS-SIN via FRA and got the fare for £2900 which I thought was a good price considering if I had gone via LHR it was £1200 more!

LH F is really great, probably no 2 in Europe behind, AF P but I have not had the pleasure quite yet. I hope you will have time for the FCT to guarantee your apron car! Plenty of threads on that. As much Pata Negra as you can manage, the BA Concorde Room budget blown in a few slices .

Lets hope LH pay for Fast Track in BRS- they don't for EDI even when flying F!

The BRS-FRA sector is operated by bmi regional, but they should give you a Fast Track sticker if you're a revenue passenger. (It appears that's not the case when you have LH SEN or *G).

Last time I flew F from BRS, I was well looked after.

Thanks I will. Just one question if anyone knows.....when I arrive back in Frankfurt I have a little over 3hrs before my flight back to Bristol. Can I use the first class terminal and will I be taken to the BMI aircraft?

I don't think they will drive you to the BMI aircraft from the FCT, but you can go to the FCL in B which has the same facilities as the FCT (plus a paid spa). As flights to BRS leave from a bus gate you will have to leave the lounge in good time to go downstairs for boarding a bus.

When the original BMI was part of *A and owned by LH, they operated regular FRA-MAN and FRA-BHX services for LH for a few years. I was driven to a BMI aircraft from the FCT a few times and remember cabin crew looking at me suspiciously.

If you haven't done so already make sure to read this thread.
