Any way to check official delay reasonLH993 AMS-FRA 3JUN17
Is there any way that the officially recorded delay reason can be identified for the above?
Initially delayed due to thunderstorms at FRA but also missed a slot due to AMS ground agent telling people departure was at 17.45
The former if true would not trigger EU261 but the latter should.
Incidentally, FRA was utter chaos and a horrible experience. Still missing my bag 2 days after arrival at SHA

Initial delay because of weather -> subsequent delays do not trigger EU261 since they could argue that the subsequent delays would not have happened if the weather delay hadn't occurred.
