LH downgrade shorthaul C ?

I have been on several short haul flights in C lately.
(MUC -MAD/AGP) it seems the catering and service is downgraded compared to a couple of weeks ago:
1.no coctaiks served prior to dinner
2 no cloth napkin with meal
3. No hot towels
4. No menu cards
5. No hot meal
6. EX Muc no more bretzels/bretzel

any similar experience? The crew told me this is only ex MUC .... FRA still have full C service.

+ No Magazines on all LH C Flights

Previously enhanced:
- Wardrobe
- Moovable Armrest
- thin camping chair with auto bach to knee massage function
- fast track on minor airports

just a few nails in the coffin!

Also on Eurowings: No more priority boarding, no fast track, no lounge for SEN/HON unless booked in Best. Total disaster if you ask me.

Its most likely the service level for MUC-MAD was downgraded to B or C instead of the previous D level. That said AGP never consistently had D, mostly B, ie a cold plate.

I had the D level from MUC to LIS recently, it is quite extensive with starter, main course, and desert etc.

Concerning that last comment, does FTL still get lounge access when purchasing a Smart fare?

I'll fly MAN-FRA-MAD // MAD-MUC-MAN next month in C, so I'll report back what I get in the FRA-MAD and MAD-MUC sectors.

For the moment, the FRA-MAD (LH1114, departing 13.10, estimated 2h35min) shows a Meal (Non Specific) service while the MAD-MUC (LH1805, departing 18.35, estimated 2h30min) shows a Snack or Brunch service.

MUC-MAD-MUC Business Class meal

I flew yesterday MAD-MUC and had the menu card with two choises of hot meal. In May no menu, no hot meal (MUC-MAD-MUC).

As far as I know there were complaints in this aspect. FRA-MAD had a decent meal while MUC-MAD since April was simply crappy.
I am happy that it has changed. I wonder if the "Y" in MUC-MAD menu is a hot meal again or not...
