LOT counter opening time at YYZ

LOT counter opening time at YYZ
Does anyone know what time the LOT counter opens at YYZ?
I'm taking presumably the only LOT flight from YYZ-WAW which departs daily at 9:45pm. Due to personal circumstances, it's more convenient for me to arrive at the airport at 6pm instead of 8pm. But my worry is that if the counter doesn't open, I can't even get pass security and do work at the lounge.

"Check-in for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines (flight numbers LO001-3999*) is open:
2 hours before scheduled departure time at Polish airports (except Warsaw) and other short haul airports in Europe, Middle East and North Africa;
3 hours before scheduled departure time in case of flights from USA, Canada, China and other long haul destinations;
23 hours before scheduled departure time for flights departing from Warsaw to any LOT Polish Airlines destination,as well as from the below mentioned airports: Stockholm (ARN), Copenhagen (CPH), Dusseldorf (DUS), Munich (MUC), Frankfurt (FRA), Geneva (GVA), Vienna (VIE)."
