I'll arrive FRA via LH in first class and have 6 hours before my TG flight to BKK, also in first. What can I do to kill the time? Can I use the first class terminal? How is it compared with the arrival lounge?

Beside the lounge, what else can I do there for the few hours?

No you cannot go to the FCT. However FCLs (A&B) are comparable. You can have an excellent meal in a relaxing atmosphere. 6 hours is a little bit of a long time, you may consider to rent a Porsche for 99 euros and explore the surroundings, see here

If you have a camera and an addiction to taking photos of airplanes, the observation deck in T2 can help kill some time....Though I think it is only open on weekends during the winter.....

if your passport allows it, why not take the Sbahn and visit Frankfurt centre for a while? It is really close and the trains very frequent.
Good shopping streets as well.

Interesting. I thought it took 30mins each way to downtown. Isn't that far?

S-Bahn trains take 11 minutes to Hauptbahnhof and run every 15 minutes during the day.

Don't get off at Hauptbahnhof but stay on the train for 4 more minutes till Hauptwache.

Didn't realise the weero flag worked on S-Bahn as well.

Excellent advice on the 4 more minutes of ride!

The weero flag by the way is amazing- the CRM involved in pulling this off truly demonstrates the superiority of data management by SAP and German Multinationals
