The best tip would be to avoid flying with LH in their crappy business class seat and fly with other airlines like BA or AA new C class seat

I wonder if they will award me the free ticket for this kind of tip

Either the US is getting many more LH promotions/raffles than the EU, or we need a local version of LufthansaFlyer

I got to a total of 1782 points, which is satisfactory having in mind how horrible the app actually is with responsiveness and time sensitivity.

you have to love Google Translate's effort for one of the T/C's:
