Just relax and wait. Only 2 more levels and we still have more than two weeks to go . Anyone active now should be able to reach the top level even if you just started yesterday.

I'm no expert in these matters but I wonder if the problems I've been experiencing have anything to do with the version of Flash Player. I remember upgrading Flash Player a few days ago and that might be when problems started.
This is what the A380 page looked like on my screen yesterday.
When it should have looked like this.
I uninstalled the latest version of Flash Player and installed the previous version but no luck. I didn't want to mess things up since I can still access the Club Ren site itself.
Apart from not being able to find the ren of the day, I haven't been getting two fir cones when I help to bring little rens into the Club.
This is what the A380 page looked like on my screen yesterday.

Try another browser. For me it worked. However, later on my standard browser showed ren-sign a well again. So I thought it might be an LH error. Like always...
BTW: Same goes for Sabine today. FF: no sign; IE: worked.

Newbie: I second this. Playing the game with Safari, am not using FF which is my standard browser. Had issues with logging in via Facebook, start up of the game. Lost Steffi the first time. With Safari it runs smooth now.

Thanks for the tip, JetLeg1999 and mamb0. I have tried IE but got a message that Flash Player had to be installed. 
I gave up at that point but I'll try again.
