Upgrading : using PPB vs. e-vouchers
I am flying with my wife LH 463 MIA-FRA on dec 18, ticketed Z.
I requested two upgrades to F, one for me using e-vouchers (confirmed immediately) and one for my wife using PPB: waitlisted (it has been so for the past month).
F is almost empty (seating chart shows only 4 seats reserved, 12 available) and availability shows F9 A9
Searching for award in first (O) also shows availability.
In the past two days, when I try to look at the reservation, I am receiving the following message:
We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again. (9102)
Any suggestion?

I am trying to get an upgrade with evouchers to First for FRA-JNB and in my web account I do get the same error message that you get.
Seems to be "normal" for such upgrades?!
There is a little "Help" icon in the error window, but when I click on it, it says "no help available"...
I called SEN hotline and they said the booking is ok, the upgrade is still on waitlist and maybe that is why I can not access the booking...
Anyhow, I will keep trying...

Error message
I get the same error message for a booking with an upgrade waitlist.
This has only been since recently, while the booking could initially be viewed ok on LH website.
LH Internet service center responded to me that this error msg will persist until the upgrade clears or the waitlist will be removed.
And yes, no problem to view the booking with CMT though.
