Miles & More - Star Alliance online upgrade booking
I used to be able to access the online upgrade booking tool, however, lately it doesn't seem to work.
Has anyone else noticed this?
It is normally accessed via:

Have actually had consistent difficulties in using that tool.
Every time I try to access the page, I am asked to enter my username and password, once I provide it, my landing page becomes my booking overview and I have no way to access my Star Alliance other bookings... Frustrating

Is there an inconsistency to with regards to availability when using the above mentioned link vs. the "upgrade" option when from retrieve your booking page?
I tried today using the above link to try to upgrade a LH flight did not work (used to work when I used it about a month ago), and when I use the upgrade option from view booking, it worked.
Anyone has similar experience and know why?
