Westchester , west of Sepulveda Blvd ......its next to LAX , enough buses to get you around ,
One thing to know that along the coast it can be foggy and overcast for weeks , with maybe an hour or 2 clearing in the afternoon, this can get depressing....
Buy an electric bike to get to the stores........

Frankly, while I enjoy sunny days, we have so many of them that I'm happy to experience May Gray and June Gloom before the full heat of summer envelops us

And October's Santa Ana's, earthquakes, flash floods in the hills during/after rains after brush fires, etc...
