KLM droppping out?

As reported here:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum28/HTML/002112.html

KL just announced several partners dropping out. Knowing of GPs 24 hrs. notice policy from other instances, could GP be a (still undisclosed) member of that group?

It would seem that since KLM had no problem identifying the other airlines who they are discontinuing a relationship with (and GlobalPass was not on that list), KLM must still be benefiting from the relationship with GP.

I've always wondered why GP has not attempted to arrange codeshare connection arrangements with KLM service to Caracas and Miami. Seems like a win win situation.
