poor customer service
I have had little success getting LatinPass to send me a statement or to post flights that their computer system dropped. Anyone else have this problem with LatinPass? Any thoughts on what to do?

After calling about six times for an account statement, I finally gave up. My time is worth more than that. I guess that's what they want you to do. ::shrug::

I have only had one of my last three requests for miles to HHonors post for July, August, and September. This is the first trouble I have had with transfers.
I haven't had a statement in two years.
I supposedly have had several miles transactions posted from the Hilton triple miles bonus, 1500 miles/Hilton stay, during the past three months. Hopefully that will trigger a statement being sent.

You know what's even more odd about the LatinPass statement situation? They seem to be mailing out statements to their "non-bonus" members. A couple friends signed up right before the bonus, but their planned run had to be cancelled when one hurt his back. They ended up taking the flights but missed out on the bonus. They both get regular statements from LatinPass.

You may have hit the nail on the head. I, my wife, and our two chlildren, received 500,000 mile bonuses. None of us have received a statement in over two years even thought we have had activity in our accounts. My neighbors who decided not to pariticipate in the million mile run, receive regular statements. I have been promised by LP ,at least four times, a statement would be sent out. I was also told that a faxed statement would be sent the same day. None of these ever arrived.

Problem is, you can't check your balance on the web, without a statement I don't know where I stand. Also, they never post flights like they are supposed to, how can we deal with them? Are they trying to drive us away?

I have called to request statements twice, and each time received it within two weeks. Other than these statements, I have received no mail from Latin Pass since my million posted.
