Got some Extra Miles?
I am an engineering student and a member of “Engineers without Borders” at the University of California Santa Barbara and we are working on a project to bring clean water and electricity to a small community in Araypallpa, Peru this summer. We are planning to start this project in July. More Info:http://www.ewb-usa.org/ewb/project/d...quin=false#179
My dad has donated the rest of his million-mile inventory to our cause but he only had enough left for two tickets and ten of us will be traveling. I am hoping I can pry some expiring miles from some of you willing to donate to a worthy cause. You may not have to donate enough for a whole ticket, as we are willing to pay the excess costs to purchase miles for a ticket. Also any of you who have Distancia miles, we may be able to pool up to three accounts for a ticket. Actually anything will help. Engineers without borders is a non-profit organization and monetary contributions are tax deductible, but we do not know if miles are, this is something you must ask an accountant.
