GRU Allowed Items

Are you allowed to have a cigarette lighter in your carry on when flying Internationally out of GRU? Thanks.

Nope!

Departing internationally you are subject to the same laws and conditions as any other airport you may be used to in either Europe or the US.

Flying domestically they do let you carry liquids and gels over the 100 mL rule, but that is about it as well. No lighters, sharp objects, etc.
