Baggage Fees as a Function of Light v Plus
FYI, this Q is to confirm general advice I gave to another.
If bags are tagged through final destination and departing country (USA) not only allows but mandates a bag but Light fare does not, can LATAM charge in Brasil when picking up bags (from customs) for routing to final destination? I don't think so.
