Flying Business to IPC... also OW Emerald. Can I use the Premium Checkin?

Not THE premium check in at the second floor, because the IPC flight is considered as domestic. I think that with new PEY cabin in domestic flights there is a LATAM Black/OW Emerald line.
btw, how does it work for PPT? Is there customs in IPC?

That is why I asked since it is a Domestic flight.
I used the Preferente line a week ago and will do so again tomorrow.
