Checked baggage weight limit OW Emerald
Does anyone know whether this guidance is still force? www.latamtrade.com/en_ca/news/Nueva_politica_equipaje_especial_y_sobredimenciona do

Looking specifically to confirm whether max weight per checked item is 23kg or 32kg.

Question relates to flight later this month; LHR-GRU-MVD. Booked class I. BA Gold.

Good luck getting any recognition of your BA Gold status with Latam! My experience over the last few weeks is that Latam couldn't care less about OW Emerald status holders.

Managed to get hold of Latam. In case of use to anyone, they advise free baggage limit is 23kg. Max weight is 32kg with excess due on 23-32kg bags.
