Oneworld Emerald Baggage Allowance on Passaredo Codeshare?

To avoid a change of airports when returning to RAO from JNB, I've booked onto the Passaredo operated codeshare flight GRU-RAO - all as part of a single ticket.

As it's a business class ticket, normal allowance on JJ, I believe, is 3pc. As a OneWorld Emerald, checking-in in JNB, I should be granted an additional free allowance of 1 extra piece. When we land in GRU, I'll need to collect my bags, go through customs, and then drop them again with Passaredo for the final leg to RAO.

My question: if I end up travelling with 4pc, with Passaredo accept all of those on my JJ-marketed flight?

Also: the new 23kg limit per piece is a bit of a nuisance; 32kg per piece would make things much easier to pack in the car. As long as keep within the overall total weight of my permitted allowance (89kg = 3x23kg + 20kg), might I reasonably get away with checking-in 3 slightly heavier bags, rather than 4 slightly lighter ones? And if so - what consequence for my onward check-in with Passaredo?

ALL Brazilian airlines have recently started enforcing 23kg limit per bag, regardless of your total allowance. Anything over & they will charge you, even if you are still under your total baggage allowance.
Passaredo won't be particularly accommodating of heavy luggage as they operate only ATR-72's, so they are very conscious of weight.

Are you coming for AgriShow?

No - just coming back to Brazil after some work on projects in Africa. We stay a bit closer to SJP - but to avoid changing airports in Sao Paulo, schedule worked better on the Passaredo operated JJ-codeshare to RAO.

And in the end - it turns out my question isn't relevant any longer: the travel agent our company uses has totally screwed up, and booked me on what I believe is an unviable connection between Passaredo (sold as H1) and SAA (sold as SAA). Have posted another question about that in the Brasil forum, here: Is an offline transfer from Passaredo to SAA viable in 1h55?

[I leave the link here, in case anyone from the LATAM forum has experience to share with that scenario]
