Latam awards & upgrades newbie question
Hi I am sorry but after reading the threads I am still confused. I have no status and am looking for a way to take my family on Latam to Chile from NY.
1) I have tons of BA miles, Alaska mile but I don't think to ever find more than one seat on award. Is this correct? Is there any chance there is more than 1 award seat in business?
2) I can get a credit card and get 3 coupons which I assume is enough for a one way upgrade. This is very unlikely to be used though right given my no status? do they then expire?
