LA 7738

Hey everyone,

So I booked a trip on Kayak that includes LA 7738 (AEP-FTE), and found out after the fact that it includes a 39-minute stopover in USH where a plane change occurs (despite both legs using the same flight number.) I'm already super concerned about not making the connection, but if AEP-USH were to be delayed, would the plane operating USH-FTE wait for me? Or should I try calling LATAM to see if they could switch me to a nonstop option? Thanks!

USH is very small (you can walk from one end to the other in about 2 minutes) and if it's on the same flight number there won't be an issue.

The same aircraft operates AEP-USH-FTE-AEP so there will not be a plane change. You do not even have to deplane at USH, no worries.
