LAX-LIM Booked Flight Without Realizing I Can Redeem
Hi guys,
Looking time lurker looking for some advice.
I booked my round trip Economy flight from LAX-LIM through Chase Ultimate Rewards last week using all points. But today I found out that LATAM/LAN is part of the Asia Miles rewards program, and I have a lot of points there.
And with Asia Miles, I can redeem a business class ticket with LATAM. I tried calling all parties involved and they said they cannot upgrade the current booking I have. It seems that the only way would be to cancel my original booking with Chase UR and rebook using Asia Miles.
As anybody cancelled their LATAM flight booked thru Chase UR? Is it worth it to do something like this?
