Can I upgrade a TAM flight with LAN kilometers

From what I understand all LANPass elite members can upgrade any paid fare using LANPass KMs. Can you use the same KMs and upgrade a tam operated and coded flight?

Thanks

should I assume no? I assumed that with the LATAM merger this might be possible but maybe not....

You can't (yet)
Even though the merger was signed 2.5 years ago, a lot of things are not actually merged. One of those things is frequent flyer programmes. Right now, you can earn LANPASS kms by flying TAM (or multiplus points by flying LAN) and get on standby for an upgrade with coupons, but that's pretty much it
