Has anyone received an email with this link from LAN regarding a promo to multiply lanpass kms by 5 or 10 for flights between now and November?

Looks pretty good. All kms, including bonuses and kms for elite status are multiplied. 8 flights between now and November 30 is achievable too.

My mistake...
I didn't read the fine print. The multiplied kms don't count for elite status qualification. I thought LAN was being a bit too generous...

My guess is that it's status based.
So far we have a Comodoro Black who requires 15/19 and a Comodoro who requires 12/8.
Or perhaps it's based on your flying history for the year, although that sounds too complex for LAN to pull off.

Highlight for me is a U$400 return business class flight to Easter Island from Santiago (3,750 km each way) that will earn me 187,500 kilometres rather than the usual 18,750! Thanks LAN!^

Was premium Silver when the promo was launched - 10 flights for x5 and 14 for x10.
As I understand it, then all points earned are multiplied - including the 100% bonus for status. Very nice indeed.

I totally forgot about this promotion until I saw a posting today.
Went to check, and realized that I earned a 5x multiplier on 97.893 km, netting me an extra 391.572 km!!!!!
Need to say that, if I see the glass half emply, I had 3 fligts to go to get 10x, which would have meant another 490k... Should have invested us$ 400 to get that...
